ASBS MBA Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ASBS MBA ("ASBS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website ("Site") and the services, programs, or content provided by ASBS MBA, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or any services offered through it.

1. Use of the Site and Services

You may use the Site and services only for lawful purposes and by these Terms. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to misuse of any information, materials, or services, is strictly prohibited.

2. Proprietary Rights

ASBS solely retains exclusive rights to its trademarks, academic content, course structures, program designs, and proprietary business methods. All logos, brand names, digital content, training modules, and intellectual properties related to ASBS or any of its affiliated initiatives remain the exclusive property of ASBS. No third party, institution, or individual may use ASBS branding, content, or assets without prior written authorization from ASBS.

3. Confidentiality

All academic material, training content, presentations, fee structures, internal documents, video sessions, and communication shared by ASBS or its representatives shall be treated as confidential by recipients. Such information must not be shared, reproduced, or used outside the intended context without explicit written permission. On termination of any engagement or partnership, all confidential material must be returned or deleted, and the obligation of confidentiality shall survive indefinitely.

4. Programs and Services

ASBS MBA Support: ASBS MBA, as a B-school aggregator, facilitates support solutions such as training, internships, and placements for ASBS Institutions. ASBS MBA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any services or programs.

  • OSB, Vashi
  • HKIMSR, Jogeshwari
  • UKS, Kurla
  • SAVAIMS, Karjat
  • St. Xavier’s, Bangalore
  • TGBS, Nerul
  • ASBS Goa, Porvorim
  • ISMR, Pune

B-School Names : The list of B-schools aggregated by ASBS is valid as of 15 March 2025. This list is subject to change at the sole discretion of ASBS.

Program Offerings : All programs offered through ASBS are provided via ASBS-supported institutions. ASBS MBA programs may be subject to modification, cancellation, or discontinuation at the sole discretion of the institution offering the program.

Specializations : ASBS MBA specializations may change or become unavailable based on the discretion of the institution offering the program. The availability of specific specializations cannot be guaranteed for all intakes.

Program Fees : Program fees vary based on duration, campus, and MBA format (Single-City or Multi-City). Detailed fee structures are available on the official ASBS MBA website.

Educational Loans : Education loan approval is subject to the applicant’s CIBIL score and is processed independently by financial institutions.

Scholarship & Fee-waivers : Scholarships, if offered, are subject to eligibility criteria defined by the respective institutions or external scholarship providers. The award of scholarships is at the sole discretion of the institution or scholarship authority and is not guaranteed. ASBS MBA does not influence, assure, or guarantee the grant of any scholarships. Scholarship availability, criteria, and amounts are subject to change without prior notice.

Admissions : Admissions for ASBS MBA programs are subject to approval by AICTE and DTE. ASBS MBA is not responsible for any rejection or denial of admission by AICTE, UGC, or DTE. Admissions processes are managed by the respective institution offering the MMS/PGDM program.

Delegado : ASBS MBA does not have an official partnership with any B-schools or institutions listed under Delegado. The names and logos displayed are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply an official affiliation.

Curriculum : The curriculum of the PGDM programs of ASBS MBA is subject to periodic updates to remain relevant to industry trends and advancements. ASBS reserves the right to update the curriculum to ensure excellence.

Faculty : The faculty associated with ASBS MBA programs may be updated periodically to enhance the quality of education. Faculty allocation is at the discretion of the institution offering the program.

Final Degree Certifications : The issuance of the final degree certificate is contingent upon the full payment of fees to the respective institution offering the program. Students must ensure all payments are made by the institution’s fee policy.

5. Specific Program Terms

Job+MBA : The Job+MBA program enables students to pursue their MBA while gaining practical work experience and earning an income. ASBS MBA supports students in managing both work and academics effectively.

Training Only : ASBS provides industry-relevant training to enhance employability, but no placement assistance is offered.

Training + Placement : ASBS provides both training and placement assistance; however, employment is not guaranteed. Students are responsible for securing and retaining their jobs during the program.

Multi-City Global MBA : For the Multi-City Global MBA program, costs related to stay, food and beverages, and travel are not included in the program fees. Students are responsible for these additional expenses, which vary based on city choice and program format.

MMS Program : The MMS program is offered by the University of Mumbai, with ASBS providing support in terms of training, internships, and placements. ASBS MBA facilitates various services but does not have direct control over the admission or certification process, which remains the responsibility of the University of Mumbai.

PGDM Program : The PGDM program is offered through ASBS institutions. ASBS MBA assists with training, internships, and placements, but the degree is awarded by the respective ASBS institution.

FFOI Powered PGDM : FFOI, specializing in Financial Adaptive Skills, powers the AICTE/UGC-approved PGDM program offered through ASBS business schools. ASBS MBA supports the delivery of the program, but the certification is granted by the respective ASBS institution.

6. General Provisions

Industrial Visits (IV) : Participation in industrial visits (IVs) involves additional costs, which students are responsible for covering. The fees associated with IVs will be communicated in advance.

Live Projects : Live project participation may incur additional costs, which students are required to bear. These costs will be specified before the commencement of the project.

Software Purchase : Any software required for the program is the responsibility of the student. Students must purchase any necessary software at their own expense.

PC/Laptop Cost : A personal computer or laptop may be required for certain programs. Students are responsible for purchasing any necessary equipment at their own expense.

Uniform : The provision of a uniform may either be included in the program fees or may require an additional cost. Students will be informed of any associated expenses in advance.

Placements : ASBS MBA provides placement assistance, but does not have formal MOUs with all companies listed on the website. These company names are representative of past industry engagements and are not a guarantee of placement. The placement outcomes depend on factors such as the student’s skills, attitude, academic performance, and the recruiting company’s hiring needs.

7. Institutional Disclosures

ASBS Goa : ASBS Goa is an aggregated entity of ASBS MBA, primarily involved in providing support solutions, including training, internships, and teaching for ASBS MBA-affiliated B-schools.

BVB KMMIAS : BVB KMMIAS serves as an upskilling partner for MarkOps and its sub-brands, including ASBS MBA. All related training programs are conducted at the BVB KMMIAS campus.

IEDC : Participation in the European Immersion Program involves additional costs, which students are required to pay separately.

CEEMAN Membership : ASBS is a proud member of CEEMAN, a global network of management development institutions. However, this membership does not imply or guarantee any direct support, services, or benefits from CEEMAN to individual students.

Accreditation : ASBS MBA is not directly affiliated with AICTE or UGC. However, all programs are offered through partner institutions that ensure AICTE approval and UGC recognition. Certifications are awarded by the respective institutions, and ASBS MBA adheres to AICTE/UGC guidelines for program structuring.

9. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Application fees are refundable only if the application process is cancelled by ASBS.
  • Refunds will be processed to the source account used for payment.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Applications canceled by the applicant are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Incomplete, withdrawn, or unsuccessful applications are not eligible for refunds.

10. Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation of Applications by Applicants: Once an application is submitted, the applicant cannot cancel or modify it.

Cancellation by ASBS: If ASBS cancels the application process, all affected applicants will receive a refund to the source account.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ASBS MBA, its affiliates, or any of their respective directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any service offered.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Site or its services.
  • Misuse any posted information.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site’s systems or networks.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Modifications and Amendments

ASBS reserves the right to modify its programs, curriculum, policies, or these Terms of Use at any time based on internal strategy or external regulatory requirements. All changes will be communicated through the official ASBS website or email. Continued use of ASBS services implies acceptance of such changes.

15. Assignment

No rights or responsibilities under this agreement may be transferred or assigned to any other party without prior written consent from ASBS.

16. Non-Waiver

Failure by ASBS to enforce any part of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision at any time in the future.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, such part shall be modified or removed to the extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Force Majeure

ASBS shall not be held liable for delays or failure in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, ASBS will notify affected stakeholders within a reasonable timeframe.

19. Compliance with Laws and Indemnification

All ASBS programs and operations are conducted by applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized action by any student, partner, or affiliate regarding ASBS services will be the sole responsibility of the offending party. Such individuals or entities agree to indemnify ASBS against any resulting claims, damages, or legal consequences unless caused directly by ASBS's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
